Thank you for choosing our dance institute. We understand that sometimes circumstances change and you may need to request a refund for your dance class. Please find below our refund policy:

1. If you wish to withdraw from a class before the first session, you will receive a full refund of your tuition fee.

2. If you withdraw from a class after the first session, but before the third session, you will receive a 50% refund of your tuition fee.

3. If you withdraw from a class after the third session, no refund will be given.

4. Refunds will only be made to the original payment method.

5. In the event that the dance institute cancels a class, a full refund will be given to all registered students.

6. Please note that all refund requests must be made in writing via email to our administration team. The request should include the student’s name, the class name, and the reason for the refund.

7. Refund requests will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the written request.
